This is a two part workshop starting Tuesday July 24th and concluding on Tuesday July 31st (the time is the same for both days)

If you talk to working mothers that you know, or even examine your own experiences, falling into the SuperMom trap is common. We all know SuperMom…faster than the microwave, more powerful than steel wool, able to fold laundry in a single bound. SuperMoms’ scare away the monsters under the bed, creates wonderful family meals, as she works, runs a business, or fosters a career either outside or inside the home.  As important as mom is the the family, what happens at the end of the day when SuperMom crashes and burns, because she trying to be everything to everybody?

During this workshop participates will learn:

  • Ways to leave behind the conditioned thinking that leads to unrealistic expectations from themselves and others.
  • How to adopt a healthier sense of self
  • How to cultivate a better relationship with themselves
  • Ways to let go of guilt that is standing in the way
  • The positive impact on their lives, living their true identity.
  • Healthier alternatives to destructive thinking and habits

The goal of this workshop is for working mothers to learn ways to balance and define their multiple roles without sacrificing themselves to them.

Listen to my recent interview with Rebecca White from Heal Yourself Talk Radio, where we talked about the SuperMom epidemic.
